Who am I?

I had a very spiritual dream last night. My spirit detached from my body. I found my spirit (or soul) is no longer inside my body. It's scary, I am alone in a spirit form.

I'm so afraid when I ask myself, who am I?.... what am I doing on earth?

I am even more scared when I ask these 2 questions. Until I got back my sanity, spirit goes back to my body. Not sure if it'd be the same when I'm dead. :)
